"I am truly grateful that Hilan and his team took the initiative to create such a brilliant tool and platform for Quantity Surveyors to keep in pace with this digital age. The wealth of experience and trainings in my more than thirty years of Quantity Surveying practice is not sufficient to be more competent and high performing in the demands of present times where the aid of technology and AI are now a necessity. The Construction Mastery digital platform that Hilan has created is a powerful tool to streamline tedious planning and recording of day-to-day tasks, ideas, and essential information that can be back tracked and used in the future. The Construction Labs contains valuable courses that will hone the soft skills and technical skills of a Quantity Surveyor - to become a chartered RICS professional, and progress further in career as a world-class Quantity Surveyor. Thank you Hilan for your contributions to the world of Quantity Surveying and wishing you more success in your endeavours."

"I signed up for the Construction Mastery Tool to find a more structured way to manage my workload and track my professional growth. From the very first few months of using it, I’ve already noticed significant improvement—not just in my role as a Quantity Surveyor but also in my overall performance and mindset. The systemised approach has made it easier to stay on top of tasks whilst providing me a space where I can continuously build and stack my knowledge. One of my favourite aspects of the tool is how it has made working and hitting my goals so much more enjoyable as it’s given me the ability to track my performance. On top of that, Hilan has been an incredible mentor, always ready to provide guidance and support. His dedication to helping us grow—both in our careers and personally—has been truly invaluable. I highly recommend this tool to anyone looking to elevate not only as QS but as an individual! As James clear mentions in atomic habits “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” Something Hilan always reminds me of every conversation we have and I am definitely feeling this!"
